The discussion has gotten a permanent topic. The no-frill airlines attract people with cheap tickets. However certain things have to be considered.
Check list no-frill airlines:
- Is the departure airport easily accessible for me?
- Which destination airport does the airline fly to? Calculate costs and time for the transportation to the final destination
- Am I sure to be able to fly at the booked date? Re-bookings are mostly very expensive or even not possible.
- There are normally only a very few really cheap tickets, i.e. you have to book early. In case the top offers are not available anymore, check the offers of the traditional airlines in any case.
If you consider these points you can save a lot of money using the no-frill airlines!
